Walko Automotive Service, LLC is Hiring a Service Advisor Near Hillsborough, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Perform all of the duties of a Service Advisor, including in person and on the phone.
- Open the office 7:15 am and close at 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
- Be a liaison between the techs and advisors.
- Be able to monitor and control quality, safety and efficiency in the shop.
- Be able to run hiring campaigns and interviews.
Requirements:
- Must have the want and fire to develop into a second in command, GM or partner.
- Must have good communication, computer and sales skills.
- At least 6 years experience is required.
We are a 5 bay shop, soon to be 6. We've been in business over 47 years and have a great clientele base. We currently do almost $2m p/y. I, the owner, is ready to be an absent owner and needs to put the right people in place.
